Free estimates are provided based on the information you supply and our on-site inspection. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Final project costs may vary if additional work or materials are required beyond the initial scope.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment schedules will be outlined in your service agreement
• We accept payment via check, credit card, or electronic transfer
• Deposits may be required for certain projects
• Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed
• Late payments may be subject to interest charges

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any schedule changes.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a project, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations after materials have been ordered may be subject to restocking fees.

5. Warranties and Guarantees

Our workmanship warranty and material warranties will be detailed in your service agreement. Warranty terms vary based on the service provided and materials used. Warranties do not cover damage caused by:

• Acts of nature or severe weather beyond normal conditions
• Improper maintenance or neglect
• Modifications or repairs by unauthorized parties
• Normal wear and tear

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anchor Roofing Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Property Access and Preparation

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property for our team to perform the agreed-upon services. You are responsible for:

• Removing or securing personal items that may be affected by the work
• Providing access to electrical outlets and water if needed
• Securing pets during work hours
• Disclosing any known hazards on the property

8. Insurance and Licensing

Anchor Roofing Solutions maintains appropriate liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. We are fully licensed to provide roofing services in Eastern Washington. Proof of insurance and licensing is available upon request.
